"Room was nice for the price. Person that worked there was rude to me (not the one that checked me in, it was someone walking by when I was going into my room). The card didn't read the first time i put it in the door and I tried the handle... door didn't open and dude walked by telling me not to break their doors. He was snarky. It was unnecessary)."
"I stayed there twice this summer. I accidentally left my ring in the room. I was called later that day. I asked if it could be mailed. I was told yes and gave my address. This was late June. This is late September now. I have called several more times and assured it would be mailed. I have sent money for postage. Nothing. Customer satisfaction is obviously not important."
"This was my co-worker and i. First time ever staying here at this hotel. And my boss paid for a week so we can work there in Oregon and The owners are extremely nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very very clean. I had a problem with my refrigerator and I went and talked to the owners about it and they replaced the frigerator with the new one. I will come back in stay again"
"Booked in for 1 night on our way to Boise. The owner called us before we arrived to get an ETA as they wanted to ensure our room was ready. When we did arrive the room was fully prepared and the customer service is exceptional. The description and pictures on the website are true representation of what you get. Inexpensive, clean and friendly hosts who are very attentive. Not disappointed at all."
