Nor-Cal Charters

"We are in Tahoe for Thanksgiving week and decided last minute to book a four hour fishing charter for 8 of us (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids). We are SO glad we found Nor-Cal Charters as we had such an amazing trip! Andrew and Tim were incredible guides with great personalities. The fishing was good and they were so attentive and patient with our 7-year-old. The boat was very nice, spacious and clean. We will be booking this charter with this company in the future as everyone had a fantastic time! Truly one of the best fishing charters we've been on and it completed our Thanksgiving week in Tahoe and we can't wait to come back!"

Captain Andy was able to accommodate three generations, none of which with much fishing experience. Captain Andy was extremely patient with my ten year old daughter. He talked her through reeling in a gorgeous Kokanee Salmon, which she will never forget! We all had a great time reeling in fish and taking in the beauty of the lake. "Highly recommend Andrew and his great crew! Seven of us staying at Zephyr Point for our 25th Family Conference went together, including my grandson (11), my son in law and my daughter, a friend and his daughter (11), and another friend. The boat was comfortable w/ plenty of room for all w/ inside and outside seating. Claire even enjoyed a short nap in the boat cabin's bed :). Fishing was good w/ Andrew and Capt. Mike getting us into the fish! Everyone caught at least one nice "Mac" and several hooked up multiple times. They provided all the tackle and bait plus drinks. They even baited the hooks for those wanting help. We basically "just showed up!" It was a beautiful day on the lake w/ family and friends, listening to entertaining fishing stories. The youngsters had a blast! Very much worth the time and money spent. We plan on doing two charters in 2018 while at our family conference. Tight lines! John M. 6/21/17"
