"It will take legal action to stop your membership. 4 times I have asked to cancel. They won’t answer the phone or emails yet my weekly withdrawal comes out. Next stop is the legal cease and desist."
"I would give zero stars if possible. My daughter was training at D1 through July 2023. She stopped due to her volleyball schedule. I had paid with my debit card which clearly they have on file as starting in mid December they started taking $35 a week out of our account for a total of $245. Many calls that have not been returned, emails, text messages, no response. Had to go to the bank and close the debt card. Now working on filing fraud charges."
"Gone down hill since owners got divorced. Four days in a row I showed up for my kids rookie class and no one was there or someone at the desk just saying I don’t know over and over smh"
"I've never been so excited to work out! The coaches and staff are professional and highly educated. Coaches will work with you to complete goals you have set. The staff are very welcoming and respectful. I would highly recommend D1 especially if your doing any kind of sport. I've only been in the program for a little over a month and already feel more motivated! The atmosphere is amazing and overall a great place to be! The full body workouts and strength training makes this place way better then your typical old school gym. They have everything from weights to medicine balls. Massive shoutout to coach Alan!"

Every coach I’ve had has so much knowledge on exactly what you’re working, why you’re working it & how to properly keep your form for the best results.
