"I had a great experience here. I reached out to the studio just two weeks before a friend’s bachelorette to ask about a private group lesson. They were quick to respond, provided me a variety of options, and even scheduled a short phone call to get information about the needs and abilities of our group. I booked an aerial silks class for 11 women and it was one of the highlights of the entire weekend. Julz and Tailor were knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. The class was a perfect fit for our group. I’d definitely recommend this studio to others."
"The Tahoe Flow Arts & Fitness gym is the best gym in North Lake Tahoe! (IMO) They are clean and comfortable and never intimidating. The trainers are great if you get a one-on-one. I especially like that they offer class packages since I don't live there. They seem to have a family friendly vibe too, with an array of classes for all ages and training specialties. During Covid, Tahoe Flow Arts & Fitness continues offering classes outdoors and virtually so you won't miss a beat with your workout routine. I highly recommend this gym for travelers or locals. The best virtual personal fitness classes are with Coach Christine Bettera. She will whip you into shape, taking care of injuries or concerns, and will help mold you into the best you yet! The photo attached is an in-house workout that Christine did at my house (pre pandemic) - it was so fun!"
