"Everytime I tried to alter my insurance he refused(even though it was still above state minimum what I wanted) He will brow beat you till you agree with what HE thinks is best regardless of your situation. All insurance agents agree the insurance add ons are needed in order to make them money. I could not tell him no as he kept bombarding me out of it. Then when asking about how changing the owner of a vehicle might affect my insurance rates...he told his receptionist (His mother) to tell me that he intended to call and advise me against changing the owner of the car. That is HIGHLY inappropriate and intrusive as I asked for information on how doing that might affect my insurance and insurance rates not whether I should or should not do it. That is not his job to advise on my personal life only on insurance. Then the front desk insisted on telling me My partner wasn't on my insurance and it was only when I got upset she was like...oh...there he is... Yeah,...ok...... Been doing this job for how long? They are shady, intrusive and only care about making money, not what's ACTUALLY best for you. It's not customer service....It's...Sayegusa how does this benefit me at the cost of my clients service. I have now switched agents. Absolutely Ridiculous."
