"This Bryden guy from T-Mobile Kihei is so unprofessional and rude. He keeps hanging up the phone on me, 3 times when I was trying to explain to him the problem I have with my phone. "Service was fast/friendly in store. I was shopping for home Internet. Got my modem and fast sign up quick. It was easy and fast to set up at home. It's a good enough signal for basic home Wi-Fi, it will not be sufficient for online gaming. The signal says "Excellent" from the app and unit. With streaming from WiFi to my TV, (as the modem itself is running from T-Mobile Wireless service, it's WiFi to Wi-Fi), Amazon Prime got glitchy at parts for video, but sound kept up. I then plugged in an Ethernet cable directly from the modem to the TV, it was better, but still spotty on occasion; I made sure all other WiFi devices were off to allow full bandwidth. I'd hate to have to go back to Spectrum, but options are limited on Maui."
"Bryden was very unprofessional and rude when i asked him to add another line for my mom to my account. The other customer service guy was trying to help me but Bryden cut him off instead of trying to teching him what to do. After 15 years as a customer for this company i asked Bryden to provide me with my transferring pin so i can change company."
