"The staff went above and beyond to help us out. We walked in and decided to rent a car for 2 days. We ended up with the rental for 5 day and returned it on Friday. Then on Monday we walked in again because our son's truck broke down and we had no way to get to airport. We wanted someone to set up a uber pickup at 8pm since we never used the app before. Ryan was so courteous and helpful we ended up renting a car and returning it to airport at night. Best idea ever we were able to get those last minute souvenirs. We even got to watch the sunset one last time before leaving Hawaii."
