"Hired Royalty TownCars charter for the day to take us on a tour of the island. Our driver Josh was super punctual and very professional, he was very knowledgeable about the the various spots and best routes and was always ready when we needed him to pick us up. The car was a black Escalade in amazing condition, very clean and very well maintained. Overall this was the luxury tour experience we had hoped for. Prices are in line with expectations, no it's not cheap but you are getting exactly what you pay for. This was a luxury experience from start to finish. Overall a 10/10"

The vehicle was spotless and the ride to and from the airport was very comfortable. The home office was just as accommodating thorough in their communications as well.
