"Only giving 1 star because I have to. If I could, I wouldn't give a star and just write a review. No wonder this place wasn't bustling with customers like oscars around the corner. Give da guy your papers with caution. He lost my car insurance card, blamed me for not giving it to him when I did, and told me to order a new insurance card. Wanted me to wait around to corner because he "needs to take photos" but I kept an eye on my vehicle anyway. All the places I've gone I sat in my car so technicians could see the lights to know that they work I guess this guy never need to see that they work? He was rude and incompetent with customers paperwork and unable to apologize when he was clearly at fault for losing my insurance card and take accountability for his actions. He like you listen to him because he has an authoritarian complex or small man syndrome. Told me to go find somewhere else which I would have gladly done but I wouldn't leave until I found my insurance card that HE LOST. In the mean time, as I'm searching for the car insurance card, he still keeps working on my safety check. Wants to show me the pictures he's taking of the documents... Maybe he was desperate for the sale? I finally found the car insurance inside the car under the seat and he was pretty much done. He told me he lost it because it was folded. Yeah... okay... it was folded... that's why it's still my fault he lost it in the first place. He took new pictures of documents and printed out safety check. Tried to make small talk and I played along to appease him so I could get my other paperwork back. What a bad experience that I hope you don't have to go through. Learn from me and avoid this place! Lesson learned, don't recommend and won't be going back. I'll wait the hour at Oscars next time. It'll be worthwhile to deal with professionals. Not sure how this place has 5 stars, it's highly misleading."
