"What we have learned from taking our vehicle to them three times is that we can not trust there work. We thought they fixed the problem but infact they did not. We have the same issue and we realize they damage the vehicle, they countinued to deny it however only there equipment could have done it. They did have us go to a autobody shop to get it fixed. They still denied doing any wrong. We had an issue with the oil pressure they denied doing any work regarding the Oil. (they are the ones that did the oil change on it) So what we have learned is that we can't trust they fixed anything and we payed them close to 3k for nothing but making it worse."

"I brought my Smart in due to a raw fuel smell that I had been having. I called hoping to bring it in for just an estimate and was told by the receptionist that they wouldn't do that, that I had to drop it off and the mechanic would call me before performing any repairs to OK the price. So I did and they got back to me in a few hours and told my it was my fuel pump and it was going to be $1300 to replace because they would have to drop out the gas tank. I declined and said I would pick the car up to fix it myself. At pickup the gentleman at the desk, David, surprised me with a $220 charge just for the estimate because they removed the tank. I leave the store and my gas smell is much worse. I had driven the car for months before i had time to bring it in l, all with no problems. I broke down later that day on kapiolani blvd, a big puddle of gas underneath the car. I called David back and mentioned that the car was working fine until they gave me an estimate. He told me that maybe I was just out of gas, there was not much gas when I dropped it off. He also told me my gas gauge is broken, which it is not. I left there with half a tank and it is now in a puddle underneath my car. If something else was wrong with my car he should have told me. He told me that the estimate was only for the gas tank. I got the feeling it was a made up excuse. I really dont mind if removing the tank made my problem worse, I get that. I am mad that David would not admit that they are the reason my car broke down. I will not be using this shop again. EDIT: I ordered the part online for $300 after shipping. The whole repair took me three hours, most of which was spent fixing stripped bolt holes. Kind of surprising that all my belly pan screws and one of my gas tank bolts were already stripped considering the only people who've ever taken them off are A1."
