"I called and asked if I could be accommodated for a small repair on a Sunday and was told to bring my vehicle in first thing on Tuesday morning (7AM). The gentleman even put me on hold to confirm that there was space for me because they “might be short handed.” He came back and said I was good to go. I arranged pick up and drop off of my vehicle and took the city bus with my kids to make this happen. Called at 7AM to touch base and was informed that my vehicle can’t even be looked at for 2 weeks. UNPROFESSIONAL LEFT ME IN A LURCH VEHICLE SITTING IN NEED OF REPAIRS FOR 3-DAYS AND NOW BACK TO SQUARE 1 DISHONEST I use my vehicle for work, these people were rude and flippant about my livelihood. Save yourself the headache and wasted time and money."

Unwilling to help customers schedule appointments in person "because it's all done online" and have shackled themselves to excuses vice common sense. For a military service, I expected more than what the Auto Center offers, and you are much better going out in town where customer service and a friendly attitude go a long way."
