"If I could give 10 stars I would! I bought a boat today with an old trailer. 5 minutes out a bearing broke. Some other businesses I will be giving good reviews to helped me to change the bearings on the side of the road over 8 hours. Which is a long time but for the situation that prevented me from sleeping in my truck, they all did great. So after 8 hours on the side of the road I start my trek from Kaneohe to Mililani. Halfway through the other side bearings start smoking. I limp the truck to my road. I make a hard turn at the end of my culdesac and the entire tire falls off. Axle to the asphalt. On the ground. I'm stuck blocking all of my entire neighborhood (14+houses). The absolute worst position I could possibly get stuck in. I tried my hardest with my little jack and blocks and I wasn't even close. I'm not 9 hours In it's 9:30 PM and I'm ready to cry. My wife finds MK Towing and dials. Immediate answer. Immediate plan of action. Knew the area. ARRIVED IN 15 MINUTES. My tears didn't even have time to hit the ground. He quickly enacted his plan which I didn't even understand. It worked flawlessly. Simple and to the point. Crisis averted. Man crying stopped. Then after hearing about my day he tried to not even charge us! Which we could not accept. His customer service and friendliness was above and beyond and he's the number one recommendation from me from now on. Thanks Matthew!"
