"I booked an appointment with Mina for 10 a.m. three days in advance. However, upon arrival, Mina was already busy serving another client, and I had to wait until 11 a.m. to receive my service. I was disappointed to have to wait for an hour despite booking an appointment. Moreover, while getting my service done, Mina suddenly left to attend to another client's eyebrows, causing me to wait for another half an hour. I found this experience frustrating and a poor example of customer service."
