"Simply phenomenal experience! Truly magical and rejuvenating! I experienced the Hammam for the first time. And I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations! You will leave feeling clean and relaxed in a way it is difficult to achieve at this level. Kiley was my attendant. And she was very professional, helpful, and skilled. The entire staff were helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend this to anyone. I will definitely be doing this again!"
"Excellent spa in ambiance, amenities & features. Service staff are efficient & courteous. Per my husband, special mention to "Robert" who went to get iced tea in the reception area because the dispenser at the spa lounge area was removed. Masseuses are expert professionals, ask for Gina or Anna...my husband & I have visited twice already! The lounge area in the spa are cozy but could use cold flavored drinks-ice tea, lemon water other than bottled water. Snacks are ok but no fruits. TV to watch but no magazines to read that I noticed while waiting for my appointment. Be careful when descending those stairs after your relaxing message! Will be back again on our next stay."

"There are so man other spas I would recommend on the strip over this one. I was expecting it to be one of the best due to the Cosmo reputation and service. I felt the amenities were lacking at the spa and the spa area was confined and not the level of luxury that one would expect. My 80 minute massage had no technique or relaxation. The masseuse was rushing and didn’t focus on my pressure points. I recommend the Wynn or Encore spa, Aria, or Bellagio."
"Beautiful spa! My 80min balance & harmony massage included hot stone and was so amazing. The therapist customized the pressure and focused on trouble spots like my shoulder and neck. I didn’t want it to end! Afterwards I enjoyed time in the hot tub area with steam room, sauna and cool mist. The facility is clean and provides everything you need to shower and get ready. You get access the whole day with most services."
