"What an uncomfortable shopping experience at Sephora Summerlin. I finally had a day of self-care, restocking on some of my summer favorites and I was followed around by loss prevention for almost 30 minutes!!! not one time. Did someone ask me if I needed help just made me completely feel uncomfortable, I saw the older African American security guard with the earpiece, total of six times right next to me. Do better Sephora. I am disgusted."

"Absolute WORST experience at any Sephora from no stock, customer service, beauty advisor lack of knowledge and professionalism to filth. That was my first and last time trying this location. Now I get to wait for the store manager to contact me because they can’t hand out her schedule?! Woah Sephora, she’s just a store manager not a high ranking official!!! Bummer because someone would have had a sale close to $1500+ as I was doing a little bit of restocking my essentials. Who knows what I would have impulse bought on top of everything else?! Shame on this Sephora. Do better, way better."

"Not all the staff was friendly and welcoming on my visit to Sephora on 04/10. It’s been awhile since I purchased makeup and Aileen helped me with getting products that would look good with my various needs I wanted to addressed. She was professional, helpful, and kind.
