"Love this place. I’ve been a customer here for the last 7 years and will continue to come back every single time! They deserve 10 stars⭐️ I saw Char on Friday for Botox. I just read a negative review about her and I hate to see that you would give someone a 1 ⭐️ just because the results didn’t meet your expectations. At times we have to be reasonable and what we expect is far beyond what can be accomplished. I loved the way she treated me and how she explained things. I had absolutely no bruising (I didn’t take any aspirin prior to treatment) and she was incredibly delicate. She is amazing. I will definitely go back to her."
"I had a challenging experience with Charlotte (aka Char). Unfortunately, the result didn't meet my expectations, and I encountered some issues with the shape and volume that totally differed from what I had envisioned. Not only did the treatment fail to produce the desired volume and shape, but it also left a significant bruise, after over five weeks of injection. This experience involved a relatively significant investment of money, time, and effort, that didn't yield the desired outcome. I would NOT recommend her."
