"My last three or four online orders have been canceled. The last one was with no explanation. I spent at least two hours talking to your online representatives that gave me wrong information. I finally got a very kind store manager to refund me my care pass, and extra bucks. You need to overhaul that department it’s terrible. I will never order anything online from you again."
"If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr called in prescription, I went next day to pick it up, they have no record. I called dr and they assured me it was sent but called and left a voicemail for the pharmacy anyway. The pharmacy *called me* saying it was ready to be picked up. Went to get it, they say they have no record of me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. The shelves were picked over and a disaster as well for OTC medication."
"WORST pharmacy I have ever been to! While traveling from out of state my young daughter developed an ear infection. When we arrived at the pharmacy we were rudely received and told that they didn’t take our insurance. When I offered to just sign off and pay for it (we’ve done it before) they simply said “not an option. Call your insurance” (it was a Sunday- not possible). I also couldn’t call the walk in clinic that we came from to send the rx elsewhere- they had already closed. I was pretty much begging the ladies for help at this point, they didn’t care and just walked away. I was appalled. I called a nearby pharmacy and they offered to have it transferred however, Longs wouldn’t do it. When I went to speak with them about it they were extremely RUDE rolling their eyes and dismissive. They again walked away. They didn’t care about the patient who was in pain and miles from home. Again- worst pharmacy with the most uncaring and rude employees I have ever met!! Do yourself a favor and go to Safeway pharmacy- it’s night and day difference!!!"
"I had to stop here twice, once for deodorant and the other for children's medicine. Prices are reasonable, but it always seems they have one register open, so I used the self-checkout lanes."
