"The workers in that Pearl ridge center store accused my keiki 2 of which are Seniors , have jobs and are honor roll students of stealing. They were there to buy stuff for their graduation beach pictures and were accused of stealing and kicked out of the mall not just the store. The workers there were rude and the one of the workers cheered as my keiki were escorted out of the store like criminals! They had reciepts for everything in their bags ... We have spend so much of our hard earned money in Pacsun over these years and this is the first time we allowed them to go by themselves without us present. Never shopping there ever again!!! Sad"

"called in to check lottie moss outfits in stock and Kai had let me hold the items. Thank you Kai , because I live in Honolulu , wanted to make sure items were in stock in Pearlridge. Always can find nice items at Pac Sun Pearlridge than Ala Moana. Good customer service and always worth going Pearlridge side :) Thank you Pac Sun ❤"
