"The worst retail experience I’ve ever encountered. First off, their doors are always locked and no one in store. You have to call multiple times and knock till someone can hear then they will open the door. Secondly, never ever order online and do store pick up even if you receive a confirmation that your order is ready. Somehow my order had a “glitch” and they never received it. I call main corporate while in the store and they ask if the store manager is willing to just give me the same glasses I ordered online. Store manager refused to do it because they never received my order. All while I have my email stating it’s at that location already paid for and with the rep from corporate on the phone . Stay away from ordering online or even coming to this store. Most times their doors are locked anyway all day everyday. Not sure why their doors are locked on Saturdays when that’s a busy shopping day. So now I’m stuck waiting for a refund because store could not resolve this issue in a timely matter. Sorry don’t have time when Christmas is days away and I have to figure out something else.. Corporate did offer me a 30% off coupon for next time with a refund Told the rep I’ll just take my refund won’t need a coupon as I won’t ever shop at sunglass hut."
"Great customer service! Nice deal on high end shades! Was able to get a pair of Oakleys AND Maui Jims! The attendant was very customer service oriented and helped me pick out the perfect glasses! I appreciate the insurance option too!"
