"I asked for medium rare and they gave me rare. Absolutely disgusting, and the burger was cold and tasted awful."
"Raw hamburger served after a 20 minute wait. When asked they said that’s the way they are served. No concern shown by staff when we asked for a replacement. Fries were greasy and overcooked."
"I love Teddy’s food and come every time in Hawaii. Brought my friends here today and experienced horrible customer service at the Kailua location from Julia. She was cold and rude when we were placing orders. We then waited over 10 mins for the second half of our order to come out and they forgot the sauce. We asked to give the sauce and she said it was $0.50 and my friend did ask, but instead of giving us the benefit of the doubt as customers she asked to scanned the whole receipt and made us go back up to order it! It then took another 10 minutes before we received the sauce and by that point our food was cold."
"The burger was good but the hauai piña colada shake was INCREDIBLE!! The pineapple and coconut flavor was delicious, I will be dreaming of that milkshake for years to come. The service was good, the restaurant was cute and had a nice outdoor eating area. Kind of expensive but pretty typical for Hawaii prices, would definitely recommend."
"Food was quick and delicious. We ordered shakes, fries, and burgers. The large fry is huge. Definitely paying $$ for a gourmet burger. LOVED that they have an Impossible Burger. If only they would add a Keto Bun and this place would have something for everyone! We sat outside with our large party and it was nice weather."
