"This is a VERY strange McD's. The drive thru is a little shack and the food is sent on a conveyor belt from the main building. It is 24 hours for your convenience. The food is as expected, no issues there."
"I always go thought the drive through the staff at the second window mid always soo nice. Sometimes they put the old women in the first window and they are mostly rude. Picking my food up from the window has always come to me hot. Even if it’s comes hot most times my food is messed up sometimes sloppy or missing items."
"I have gone to many MacDonald in my lifetime but not once seen one as bad as this one. The restroom is so nasty with no toilet tissues and does not appear to be cleaned in a few weeks. Beach Park restroom is cleaner than this one. So I skipped the restroom. Ordered ice cream cron and serving was much smaller than any other MacDonald. I will never go back to this location."
"the drive up set up is dangerously lacking in safety for the drive up customers. I was in the drive up line waiting my turn to cross over to the Mcdonalds lane and an ugly green Kia Soul License RZB-580 came from the side and cut into the line as the line moved a little forward. The driver was an older woman who had no care if she cut in. She said too bad she was first which clearly was not the true. This kind of behavior will lead to bad things happening in the Pearl City drive up. Probably has already happened to others. I frequent this store daily and this has happened to me 4 times before. I let the other 3 times slide but today's OLD BROAD TRYING to look young was not going to admit she was out of line. What a FAIL! I left the drive up wasn't going to wait behind this OLD RUDE OLD BROAD. FOR SHAME ON HER. to act like that at McDonald's is a disgrace. Bad example for the young children and young teens on how to conduct yourself in public with courtesy and Aloha. GOD SEES YOU TUTU!"
