"Food is amazing for camping, hiking, or even going to the beach. Must buy a bento before a big adventure. The price of the bento changed, but it's still not too bad. Need to go back again to truly rate this place. 5 star for now."

"This is a great little bento shop. It is cash only. It’s also local, don’t look for whole grain rice, fine slabs of ahi, or anything of the like. The fried chicken is great with tasty skin. Generous portions for the price (about $9 as of late 2022)"

"Fast and Friendly Services. Food Portions are huge and tasty. Various types of hand Sushi Rolls. I remembering going to K's Bento-ya as child ,when I went on school excursions growing up in Hawaii. It was my favorite place to go to."

"Stopped on our way to the North Shore this morning. Arrived at 7:45 AM and there were already lots of people going in and out. They only had 1 bento ($8) option to choose from, as well as a roll option ($7).we all really enjoyed the bento! So so good. Reminded me of my childhood in Japan. Simple, yet created with love."

"I remember eating K’s bentos long ago when my son played baseball. I remember it to be filling and so ono! So when I wanted to try it again and turn my doctor and his staff on to some good eats I called in an order. When I went to pick up my order the man was waiting for me. I was a little late due to traffic. I asked him what time do they normally close and he said after I leave because they were officially sold out for the day. He added in some other goodies for me and he was so kind and generous! Thank you for making my experience there a good one! And the bentos were just like how I remembered them..FILLING and most of all ONO! There is parking right in front and it’s cash only."
