"Overall, food is good. However, we were charged $1 for no ice. Weird, huh? Charged a $1 to NOT put ice in a drink. This was my daughter’s first time treating the family and she didn’t leave a tip. I was unaware and as we were leaving out, the waitress ran after us and asked us to leave a tip or something. My daughter was embarrassed because she didn’t have enough for the tip and now this waitress was making it known. I paid the 15% and left. The tab was $129. I think it was uncalled for to run after us and essentially demand a tip. Maybe Thai Village does this to all non-tipping patrons or maybe it was just us, for obvious reasons."

"Thai Village provided exceptional service, effortlessly accommodating my solo dining experience amidst bustling large parties. I opted for the Pho special with chicken, which included a delightful combination of pho, spring rolls, and a beverage. The overall experience was pleasant, complemented by the delicious flavors of the food."

"Came here last week my husband always gets the chicken pad Thai which he loves! I use to get the same but decided to get the cashew chicken which was out of this world good. I was almost licking the plate lol. The only thing we didn’t care for is when she took our drink order my husband asked how her day was going and she just looked at him and walked the other way which is very rude."

"Great Thai food in the vast cultural wasteland of Mililani strip malls and suburbs. Tom Yum soup was spicy and loaded with mushrooms and shrimp, and the other entrees were huge, flavorful and delish. Will definitely come back. Good restaurant, good food, great server. My only sore spot is being charged $4 for a scoop of rice. We ordered three small bowls of simple white rice with the meal, and then another two later on, so I was shocked when I saw the bill showing $20 for the 5 scoops of rice! I could've bought a sack of rice for that price. Rice isn't that expensive, and we spent over $120 for the meal w/o the rice, so did you really need to gouge us? Makes me wish I was back in Asia, where many restaurants have "unlimited rice". Anyway, yes, it clearly states in the menu that the rice is $4, I just didn't see it. Honestly, I was expecting it to be around $1, or $1.50. I'll possibly come back and eat here again, but I'm certainly going to check the prices better."

"Just okay! The chicken pad Thai was missing chicken (most of what you see is tofu and not chicken) and the noodles were thin and very sweet. Tasted like if they just poured sweet and sour sauce on them. The service was great though. My food was ready in 5 minutes but that could explain the simplicity of my meal."
