"I came for an oil change and that was quick and done well. Austin the quick service rep was friendly. The inside service reps were not helpful. First, no one really jumps up to greet you. It's more like they play a game of chicken with each other to see who has to help you. Initially they were courteous but when I asked about getting my front collision sensor looked at because I keep getting an error message, the attitude changed. They told me that it might not be covered by my factory warranty and I asked why to which they said that if there had been trauma or ants or rats that I would be stuck paying for it. It felt like they were trying to get me to change my mind but I told them I'd take a risk to have it looked at. Then the rep told me that my oil change was already going to take 1.5 hours and that looking at the sensor would take another 1.5 hours. At this point I was done talking to them as they clearly didn't want to help me so I told them I'd schedule a separate appointment. King windward Nissan has lots it's customer service joy in the service department. Oh and my oil change took less than an hour. The 3 stars are for Austin and the quick oil change."
