"Got the oil change done but I had called to make sure the express lane could handle an LED light change. It was even on the paperwork when I arrived. Expected due diligence from the employee when making the appointment to set me for a time where it would be in stock. It would have taken 5 mins to check inventory. Instead, now I have to come back at a separate time from all the way across island, schedule another appointment, which adds inconvenience. Management needs to look at process improvement."

"Excellent customer service! My service advisor was Ashley and she was so kind and professional. I also want to shout out the service manager. I brought my 2019 Jeep in after having an oil change done at Firestone and they tried telling me I had several leaks. I went to the Windward a couple days after Christmas and they were booked and yet they were so kind and still made room for me. Come to find out I had no leaks at all! They kept me informed the entire time, I needed tires replaced and an aux battery replaced and they took care of that for me too. I highly recommend their service department!!"
