"We bought a used car from here and they claim they checked everything and it is all good and running. We went back and have them checked again, the service people said something wrong with our transmitter which caused the issue and offer a super low ball price for buy back. We went to the legitimate deal shop and have them run through the whole car and guess what. There are many problems going on with the car including belt issue and alternator worn. My suggestions here is DONT BUY USED CAR FROM THEM. The way they do business is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. If we accept their low offer, they will probably gonna fix it little bit (for it to run couple month) and sell it to another victim for higher price. I mean I understand that’s how used car market do their business but at least fix the car well before you sold it to your customer. What we should do in the beginning is to bring it back ASAP when we found the issue which we thought it is normal since they told us it is all good and not wait for too long. Stay away from them and do yourself a favor to do business with other more reliable local shop."
"They fixed the car problem and did it in a reasonable amount of time. The service is great with very kind and respectful workers. We went once before to get our battery changed and it was a good experience that time as well. We will definitely return if we need help again in the future and I recommend this place 100%."
"My car broke down in the middle of street close to their shop, Reuben and Alex came out to help me jumped the car and moved it out of the way, definitely god send! I’m so surprised they have some small parts that I searched every auto shop in Kaimuki and they all don’t have it, but Reuben and Alex had it in stocks, they helped me changed the plug, charged my battery, even at a time is already pass their off work schedule, super appreciate it! I’ll definitely come back for future maintenance and repairs!"
