"I have been living on the island for two years now and have brought my car into this service department exclusively. Prices for services are a little high in comparison of other locations on the island hence the 4 stars, but I know the quality of work done is excellent, and everyone in the service department went above and beyond to make sure any concerns I had with the vehicle while under warranty were addressed. As a young female with not a lot of automotive knowledge, going to the dealership/service department can always be a little intimidating, but I never felt like I was pressured into services I didn't need and was treated like a high end costumer in my opinion, despite only having a Nissan Kicks. I have worked with Matthew in the service department for most of my services, and he has answered any and all of my questions and has been very good at communication for pick up when my car is ready/if it needs to be held overnight. Today I called to have all of my service records sent to me via e-mail as I am relocating, and it was fast and easy to have this done. There are plenty of available appointments and the individuals in the call center always worked hard to find a good appointment time for me in a timely fashion. For those giving this service department 1-2 star reviews, as with any service or automative work you need to have done, you need to do your research! If price point is your concern you have to do the work to find something within your price range, otherwise I highly recommend this dealership. 5 stars for its friendliness, efficiency, and knowledgable service representatives and workers, especially if your car is under Nissan warranty."
