I had a ton of ideas, and we probably sent about 10 emails getting everything ironed out. He had everything ready to go when I showed up at my appointment. No sitting around waiting for him to finish drawing. Not only was he professional, he's a super nice guy. I didn't feel like there was any ego about his art, despite his talent. He even shared some potato knish with me when we took a break.
