"If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to return something I had purchased the day before for $5. The clerk, Vida was her name, ended up charging me more than $180. She was incapable of correcting this, so called her manager, and her name was Marlene (the manager). When I mentioned to the manager that I was in a rush and had to get back to work, she became very hostile and practically yelled, saying that she could take my phone number and we could just take care of it later. Again, I went to return something for $5, and they charged me over $180 and tried to tell me they couldn't do anything about it. After 20 more minutes or so, they finally fixed the issue (I think) but I don't think I received my initial refund for the $5. This likely ranks as the single worst shopping experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this store to anyone."
"Great customer service and Linda is always so pleasant! My biggest complaint is that they used to have a lot more options for untreated and prime lumber but they barely have anything now. There's plenty of plain wooden doors to choose from though!"
"Arrive at 2:52p on Sunday and the parking lot is chained closed, employee outside won't let me in. I try to park on street but employee is running his finger across his throat, telling me they close at 3p. I look at my phone, which is correct time. 2:55p now. Only needed one thing real quick. Oh well, guess they're in a hurry to get home. Nice having a hardware store close by, and I always try to give them my business but I'll be thinking about this experience on my drive to Home Depot."
