"I was attracted to this store by the display of colors - the merchandising is excellent. My sizes were easy to find. I had a few items in hand and an associate made a room up for me. While waking the store, I had associates smile and chat with me. It’s seems like the customer service issues are resolved. I walked out with only one item but do want to go back - the piece I selected is so comfortable and made in USA so I’d like another."
"Left with clothing that makes me feel elegant and comfortable. Not an easy combo to find! Everything feels unique in the store. My daughter and I found several outfits, undergarments, and jewelry here during our week on the island. A wonderful store! I also found the ladies working there to be very nice and helpful. Would recommend."
"It seems that months or years ago there may have been employees which were not friendly. I have gone on several occasions during my stay to the Mahina. The ladies there were gracious, helpful and kind not only to me but to the people around them. They only have a few dressing rooms so it is stressful to try on things if you don’t have time. Please give them a chance again because the girls are just lovely with many helpful suggestions"
"Only good thing to say, cute clothes, reasonable prices. I’ve been here several times and always hope the experience would be different with different employees. Just as other reviews state, I don’t understand why the staff is so rude. I asked if there was another size in something and the girl gave me the biggest attitude. Same when I got out of the fitting room, I only tried on 2 shirts and 2 dresses. Every time I go I’m disappointed with the staff, I try to be as nice and easy going as possible and it doesn’t help. Don’t understand. Honestly, if it wasn’t because there barely is any options in Kauai for cute clothing, I’d never shop here again"
