"Scheduled appointment with them. Appointment was confirmed. Arrived on time, until they said that there is no one available to do the haircut. I told them I scheduled an appointment, and they said that the appointment website was inaccurate, that I should've booked directly to them. How would everyone know that's the option when they gave us to book online?! They even said there's a disclaimer that there's a possibility that you can't be seen. (People won't read that! The point of booking online is to secure your appointment!) They told us to come back in about 1.5 hour or come back the next day. Such an inconvenience. What's the point of the option of booking online if it's useless then? Please just remove that option to book online because it's misleading people and causing so much inconvenience. People spent their day and time to go the appointment, and then finding out later that you can't be seen and had to go home."
"This barbershop was absolutely amazing!! Very clean place whiched I loved and everyone in there was absolutely very nice and very professional. Samir did an amazing job on my son's hair cut. He also listened to what I wanted done to his haircut and also listened to my son. I highly recommend this place!! Ask for Samir he was great!!! Thank you at Catch A Fade. Definitely will be back"
