Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

"I had an awful experience at this location two days ago. My stylists name was Kris or Kristina. I had called the night before and made an appointment for my roots and a haircut, I did not discuss any packages or add one at the time I made the appointment. As I was pulling up to the store I got a notification that my package had changed to a “deluxe package” I was a little curious as to why I was getting the text but I paid it little mind. Pretty much as soon as I sat down Kris said “color cut and style will be $95, plus an extra $10 Since you have a lot of hair.” At this point she walked to the back to mix the color and I got up and looked at the sign, which the basic package said $85. When Kris came back I asked her what package she was referring to since I didn’t see anything listed for $95. She then said she was referring to the $85 package and would charge me $10 extra for the length- I chalked it up to an honest mistake. I told Kris I wanted my hair cut an inch or two off but still wanted it below my shoulders and with some layers framing my face, I also wanted a root touch up to cover my greys. The entire time I was getting my hair done my stylist was talking about how long she had been doing hair, how she was a pro, etc. Unfortunately, she did a horrible job on my hair. My length was not at all what I asked for and there were 0 layers around my face. By the time the cut was finished I didn’t even want layers bc it was cut so much shorter than I anticipated. I left the store quickly and still gave Kris a very good tip, I felt like I really needed my hair done and maybe she just hadn’t understood what I wanted. The most irritating part of this experience was getting home and seeing how many greys I still have. She did a horrible job, and I have never had someone mess up a root touch up to this degree before, especially considering she charged me extra for “length”. I deeply regret going to this fantastic sams, and feel like it was a complete waste of time and money."

"My neighbor recommended Johnny to me. I am very very particular about my hair, she said Johnny is great and you will love your cut. I usually waited to get my haircut when I go to Seattle, WA. My hair dresser moved after 30 years of going to her. Anyhow, Johnny did an amazing job! Cut my hair and styled it beautifully. Will be back."

"Had a appointment scheduled here for a week with Claudia who came highlyrecommended. Got there and she was double booked and pushed us off onto someone else. The new lady didn't let my daughter pick the color red she wanted and just put red on her....stained her scalp, face, the hood of her jacket, and part of her eyebrow!!!! My daughter also has an under cut and the lady randomly shaved one part an INCH higher than the rest !!!!! And didn't even color that part red so my daughter has a blond-red-blond hair (top to bottom). Absolutely worst job ever! And to top it off the hairdresser refused to curl my daughters hair in ringlets at the end bc 'it would be too adult'. She kept rushing and verbal letting us know that she had another client coming. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY STILL MADE US PAY FULL PRICE. I now have to try and fix this at home."
