"Went in on Saturday at 10:30am, only to be told that the store is closed. When I showed the employ driving the forklift erwin’s website which stated that the Rancho location is open until 12:00pm. He said the website was wrong. Please update all your information so customers don’t make unnecessary trips."

"I stood there for 10 minutes and the guy wouldn't even make eye contact with me. I finally interrupted his conversation and asked if someone could help me with retaining wall blocks, and he said he'd call someone outside to come help me, but I stood there for another 7 minutes and no one ever came. I felt small and stupid in a place I already felt intimidated by. Yesterday I went to Parsons Rocks and had a great experience. I'd only recommend Ewing for contractors/landscapers; they are treated better than I was."
