"Unfortunately, this was a bad visit from July. Eye lashes fell off my sister. Called no owner called me and promised a refund. I told her we had other services on this visit. She said I will refund you it all. Never happened. She never answered my phone call and I had to call the salon 5 times to get someone to talk to. Had been going to this location for 6 years. I have not gone back and will never return. I don't tolerate being lied to and have them not call me back when she lied."
"Absolutely AMAZING place to get your facial care! I moved to L.A. but when I lived here, I came to this place when it was over in charleston heights. I love being taken care by Elina. She is absolutely beautiful and THE BEST at her profession! So glad I had a chance to come back here and get my eyebrows refreshed. And I had paid for just the eyebrows but when I asked for my regular nose wax, she was already prepared! I love this place and it's so peaceful in here! If you need a place to get uour facial care, book an appointment, pay for this investment & COME HERE!"
