"Just like every other review... STAY AWAY! Walked in with my two girls who wanted bath bombs. No prices anywhere but I'm thinking... how much could bath bombs be? They pick out four and I bring them to the counter. I want to pay with cash but the lady tells me I can only pay with card. I hand her my card thinking she will tell me the total but instead she just swiped it and hands me the receipt... $108 for four cheap bath bombs! Oh and all sales are final so they won't take them back. After my purchase she starts trying to get me to try face products and I'm already pissed and thankfully walk right out without even entertaining her. Such a scam!"

"Run away from this store!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. They have a “system” that they use to get your $$$ before you know what’s going on. I was in Vegas celebrating my 70th birthday. We were strolling around the Grand Canal Shops window shopping after having dinner when I was hailed from quite a distance & given free samples of cream for my tired feet (their assumption). When I walked forward & looking back I was handed off to “the closer” who wanted to help me….said everything right, praised my skin, said I looked so young, asked lots of questions about my trip, when I was leaving. My daughter was with me & started googling the product-she said you can get it on Amazon for $125 the lady then said it was fake & don’t look on the internet. There’s a reason for that!! This product is sold by hucksters hailing people in airports & other places that folks vacation & might have money. I have to admit that they snookered me into buying “ pure collagen” cream for $299, a great deal they said cuz it’s online for $1200. It’s also online for $125 on Etsy, EBay & Amazon. After closer inspection it is supposedly bee venom cream & I was told it was pure collagen. As soon as I thought it might work she had the cream in her hand waiting at the register for my card with her hand out. I believe the cream is worthless & I won’t use it again. Also threw the cream samples away too because who knows what’s in them. I feel sad/bad that this business feels that they need to fool people & steal from unsuspecting tourists. I feel very ripped off, I don’t have a lot of money as I’m retired on social security. I learned a lesson about con artists & can only say Karma will come for you scammers!!"

"So disappointed. Spent $300+ after a hard sell for the eye collagen injector. It was a 30th Anniversary gift from my husband since he saw I wanted it so much. But when I got home to Maryland it was an empty or faulty injector (can't get anything out of it). I do not recommend this store as they hard sell you and then you get no product!! Some deal.I will be pursuing this matter with my Credit card provider and the canal mall (shouldnt lease to scam businesses) but I just wanted to warn future customers."
