"My experience was TERRIBLE! Phillip has no customer service skills and is overly rude. When he put the gel polish on it was not even, it was thick and clumpy and when I voiced how unsatisfied I was he began to get even more rude. His wife Sophia did the best she could to fix the nails, however, with other customers becoming impatient I feel as though she just threw a design on my nails to get to the other customers because it’s terrible. Reminds me of a design my aunt use to where 99s & 2000s"
