"So my family and I are looking for a reputable salon here in the town of Barstow, I met a very nice beautician home works at this establishment. I called to find out information and was spoken to so rudely. I was shocked, eyes and sent my 11-year-old son in there to get some more information on how to go about becoming clients there and the woman at the counter told him to get out. An 11-year-old boy. And neither of us did nothing to deserve treatment like that and I just wanted others to know what to expect and I pray that nobody gets treated the way that we did."

"I was set up an appointment I’m not sure who it was I walked in everyone looked at me like I was crazy because of my skin color and when I went to the back I told the lady that I was ready to pay before she did my hair just so I can know how much everything is I had a time and she was already ready to do my hair but I had explain to her I only had a card and once I explain she told me to walk across the street to the ATM because they only take cash and I explained it’s a credit card I lost my debit card so I have to use credit card and when I told her that she ignored the fact that that was my only way to pay she asked for my payment ahead of time and I explain to her that it’s credit I can’t add it to accounts. Then she just started with someone else without even helping me no one told me before that it was cash only or I would’ve went somewhere else I went here when I was little and I remember I had a bad experience but I took another chance with them something that me or my family will never do again."
