"I had a perfect experience with Michele. I asked for shoulder-length hair with layers, all I had to tell her was Rachel from Friend's and she was good to go. She was so friendly and such a good listener, somewhere in between the shampoo bowl and the chair I told her my life story. She even let me know about a deep conditioning special they had going so I got that as well. I'm always nervous to go somewhere new but I left feeling confident and happy. She gave me a great cut and had the customer service to match. I'm only coming to see her from now on!"
