"Laura, the main stylist, is extremely knowledgeable and kindhearted in her business. I had a walk-in, coming with green hair from a failed attempt of hair dye and she transformed my hair color to a radiant and confident red perfectly suiting my skin color and personality. Her professionalism and empathy in the hair industry was worthy of my only post as it would be unfair to not share my amazing experiences with Laura. "I went to fix a straight cut into oval shape without modifying the length or complete hair cut. This f.#)_&+ lady (LAURA) cut inches of my hair and did layers when I HATE layers. She even poked my left eye really hard with her fake nails. She started drying and styling my hair. Prior to it I was given a different price and when I paid she kept the whole bill saying it was fine. She played to be savvy, a psychologist, she critizced health issues. I had the goal to let my hair grow long and now I have to wait another year to have it at the same length I had it. Laura was desperate because she insisted on cutting my hair. I should've had paid attention to that red flag. (When Martha was there, it was way different)."
