"Terrible service. Went in to ask for removal of gel nail polish.. they were like sorry, don’t have time, two other people came in before you. When infact I was there before the other Caucasian ladies. They just didn’t want to do the work for a simple service. They’re racist and I do not recommend them."
"I’ve been coming here for years and it’s been a decent experience. Now the new owner is horrible. She did my nails and less than a week later they were lifting. I called in to get it fixed and she asked me who did it and it was her. So when I got here she wasn’t here so another lady Was going to fix it and she was like these are bad I’m going to take them off and do a new set if you have time. I did. She explained that the purple monomer was bad. Whatever! So she does the set and I asked for a design and she told me $15. Ok cool. So when it’s time to pay the owners daughter told me no charge because it was their fault. Even for the design. I paid for my toes and tipped.I even had my husband come in for a pedicure and paid no problem. Today I broke Nail (my fault) so I called and they told me to come at 5:30. When I get there the owner has an attitude and ask me to come back Saturday because the girl that did my nails was not there. Idc who fixes my one nail. Then starts complaining that next time they can’t service me because I got a free set and complained. First off, I came to get my nails fixed and had no problem paying but her daughter said on the house. How is that my fault? She said I complained last time when the black lady did my nails too. She never did my nails, she did my daughters and they were cute so idk what tf she is talking about. She kept cutting me off not trying to hear what I was saying and just being rude bc I got a free set. Today I have no problem paying so what’s the real issue? I miss The old crew."
