"So disappointed with the service, booked in an appointment 3 weeks in advance as no one in town had availability and when we drop our van off they tell us it’s too big to fit on their racks to be repaired. We had told them the make and model of the car when booking the appointment would have been much professional to tell us earlier if the van wasn’t couldn’t fit. Very poor customer service from the lady at the front desk, gave no care for wasting our time. Won’t be returning."

"We were stranded when our truck broke down in Bishop and needed to be towed to Mammoth Lakes. We are mostly grateful for Chris Lopez who was professional (did not keep us waiting long, communicated well with us, loaded our vehicle efficiently) accommodating (allowed us to ride with him in his rig rather than take an expensive taxi ride) and obviously a person with a great work ethic. His employer called while we were riding with him - just to check in on him - something Chris said he does frequently. An employer that cares and an awesome employee! Thanks again Chris!"

"Rude, unprofessional. We came back to our truck after backpacking and found we had a flat tire and were caught unprepared without a jack (that's on us). We called this company and were told that the truck couldn't make it onto the trail we were on (about 200m up Laurel Canyon Rd) as it was a 4x4 trail. Fair enough, I totally understand that. However when we asked a few clarifying questions about prices, whether we could limp down the road to meet the truck and if we could simply borrow a jack, the operator abruptly told us that he changed his mind about helping us and that we could call him tomorrow. This occurred around 7pm. He knows he's the only game in town and that we had no other reasonable options (closest towing company is over 2 hours away). Perhaps we caught him on a bad day, however the fact remains that he left us stranded on a deserted road in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully we were lucky enough to run across two very kind gentlemen who, for the price of several beers (as opposed to $270), lent us their jack and after 15 minutes we were on our way. Kudos to Larry and Ron, you guys are awesome."
