Let me explain: I bought new boots at another Sun&ski location but after 2 days of skiing my feet were very painful. Travis took the time to explain me why the boots didn't work for me, he was very patient, let me try a bunch of different boots and explained in detail what I needed. The boots he suggested turn out to be a great fit, no pain or pressure points after 4 days of skiing!! I couldn't be happier with my new boots! I have quite difficult feet (high instep & arch being the main issue, combined with pretty wide last and narrow heels), and these boots give me enough space where I need it while I can tighten them enough for a very snug fit and a great direct transmission to my skis!! You are great, Travis, thank you so much!!! Could not have been happier with these boots. And Sun&Ski took back the boots I had bought even after 2 days of skiing, and they exchanged them for the other new boots without any questions!! Great service!"

"BEST PLACE FOR ADVENTURE GEAR IN MAMMOTH! Only place in MAMMOTH that has an amazing collection of SPYDER gear!! *they also give a military and first responder discount* There are a ton of great gear places up here, but SUN & SKI is by far my favorite. I've been coming in here since 2009...and the first time I wore a USMC shirt on accident and the manager at the time treated me with such courtesy and respect that I've been loyal ever since! He also introduced me to my favorite snow brand; SPYDER! Since then I think I've bought over $10k in SPYDER! So, as a mountain tradition, everytime I head up from LA, my first stop is to poke my head in to SUN & SKI, and check out the latest SPYDER gear! They are also THE BEST for rentals, especially kids rentals! Love this place and can't thank them enough for the exceptional customer service for the last 14 years!"

"FYI ***GO HERE FOR BEST PRICES*** Rented 2 bikes here on 7/26/22. A total of 3 different employees were part of the process. Each one provided excellent customer service, even helping us figure out the best way to transport bicycles in the back of our truck (without scratching etc). Prices were competitive and actually better than the others out there around town. Plus, the helmets provided were at no cost. Even the bike lock was no extra charge. Bicycles were Cannondale and in excellent condition. We were at Twin Lakes, Lake Mary etc. the entire day. Drop off was also super easy and literally only took less than a minute, or two at most.Will definitely return to this agency next time we're in town. Great experience. Thanks you guys for making our trip to Mammoth that much better."
