"It my Wife's first visit to this salon she had a 3 pm appointment however the Lady was not their after an hour we left, if my Wife didn't need her hair cut so badly we would've left after the first 15 minutes. To me if you make an appointment for a customer especially a first time customer you better be there to fulfill your obligations !! in my opinion it's totally unprofessional of Megan. On the uptick the other 2 ladies we talked to in the salon were really nice and tried to help us out as much as they could."
