But, I have to say after my first appointment establishing as a new patient, these folks are absolutely first rate. The whole staff, including Leah--the office manager, was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and Dr. DePaoli couldn't have been nicer. (I had to switch dentists because my former dentist sold her practice and the new owner didn't take my insurance. At first I was really disappointed, but the silver lining was finding these folks… Definitely a blessing!!)"

I have some of the worst dental anxiety possible and these guys always manage to make me feel more at ease. So much so that I fly from Washington state just to come get my work done with them (used to live in Reno). They always explain everything well and have always been happy to give me second opinions. They saved me thousands of dollars by telling me I didn’t need an implant. The receptionist, Leah, is always incredibly welcoming and a delight to speak with. "At my last appointment I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and waited an hour to be seen. I wanted to discuss the fact that I still had pain before he proceeded two make a crown. He proceeded to give me a lecture about the fact that he was an anti-VAX er and I wasn’t. Then he recommended that I should get implants for the teeth in question. I left without being treated. I stopped seeing him, And the new dentist I saw adjusted my bite and the pain subsided. This saved me thousands of dollars. The new dentist proceeded to do some excellent work. It ended up costing me about $400 more because I had exhausted my dental benefits."
