"Fix your page times they colse at 6.30 for the salon, i wen there one hour before close but I guess 1 hour it's not enough for a hair cut, then the page says you close at 8, well not even close, go FIX YOUR schedules"

"Sherry fixed my color botches by more than one hair colorists in Carson City. She spent alot of time and took great care to make sure my color came out good and that there was no further damage to my now overprocessed fragile hair. There are alot of lousy hairdressers in Carson City. Thats why Im mentioning Sherry because she seemed to actually care about doing a good job on my hair. AND she did what I asked for. "Cricket gave me a wash cut and dry. I also got bangs for the first time in a while. It came out great!!! She did have me a little nervous because she sounded like she was second guessing herself when framing my hair but the extra detail attention was well worth my small worry lol. Thank you cricket!! I’ll be back!"
"Cassandra is alright, good with brows. Cricket messed up my brows by over waxing them, Julie is a mess though she tries. I was charged $30 for a scissor cut taking off two inches, no feathering or the a line that I asked for. I have been to this salon muiltiple times and each time is has gotten worse. Very unprofessional no one really seems to know what they are doing, it’s like they’re guessing the whole time and the result usually looks like they were."
