"Brand new to me, and a great find! This salon had great reviews but it was hard to find at first. Glad I searched. Dip nails came out fantastic! Kris was very detailed. And, she works fast, so just trust her! (And relax your hands, she's very particular about that). Super clean salon, and the staff seemed friendly. No complaints at all. Prices on photos subject to change, but I expect to pay about $50 for a full Dip. More if you want the "Spa" experience. I'll come back, I hope I'm not wrong! Thanks Kris!"

"This place is great! I was able to get in without an appointment and sat down within minutes. They were ALL super friendly! They have a LOT of colors to choose from!! I'm usually going in for a pedi for the hopes of a good chair with good massage & their chairs are comfy and good massagers!"

"Nail place called Top Coat Nail Bar in Reno The owner pretends to not speak English and all of a sudden his English is plain as day. I requested a full set, the girl said she didn't want to take them all off, she said she would paint white over my neon orange nails. Well the design I chose was yellow with one clear nail on each hand covered in daisys. She reluctantly removed 2 nails and replaced them with 2 very short clear nails with 2 daisys on each, they weren't even and much shorter than my others which now had yellow painted on top of the neon orange and the orange is visible. She did paint white over the orange first but it still shows. One hand got a top coat and the other did not. When I said something, I was told that only his wife could do it and she was not there and she books up very quickly They should have told me that when I showed them and asked if they could do the design I wanted. As I finished, I was asked if everything was okay and I pointed out the inconsistencies and poor quality of my nails he said again, only his wife can fix it, but said he would make the others shorter to match the very short one. I asked if I could come back another day to have it fixed but he said no to just ask for his wife next time. As my nails dried it was more apparent that my nails looked horrible and only one hand had a top coat on. We called to speak to the owner, he was quite rude. Again pretending he did not speak English but then all of a sudden he had no accent. When he asked what I wanted, I said I wanted him to fix my nails and I wanted the nails I paid for. He argued and said he would only fix one nail and he didn't care how they looked, how uneven they were or whether we gave them a poor review. That night the thick polish started peeling off and 2 days later,, the polish is almost off. The last picture is what I asked them to do."
