"The phone situation is confusing. I call and it goes to a call center instead of the actual facility you are trying to get ahold of which is annoying because you aren't able to speak with the people who you just saw. Other than that the staff was great, very welcoming, helpful, kind and was probably one of the best experiences I've had in a dentist office! Excited to get my braces here!"

"I made an appointment with this office, because I was in a lot of pain. I showed up for my appointment to learn the office was closed and would stay closed because they didn't have a doctor. I called the number to see what I can do, or if anyone called to let me know.. They said the office is a closed.. Yes, thank you lol Now where can I go? They said ummm, I'll transfer you. I got transferred 4 times and then gave up. Today I have a text saying I'm going to be charged since I didn't show up.... Just a pre warning.."

"These fantastic people took 20 years of sad hobo mouth away. I cant explain how happy I am. My mouth was brutal. Everyone was so kind and amazing. No one made me feel bad. I cant wait to see them again. Got my trays today for my gumx and they fit great. I was terrified that my mouth was going to rot and kill me one day but now I have beautiful teeth and my gums are healing."

"It was very rushed, not thorough at all (didn’t even floss) and the assistant touched the tools with her bare hands. I had to ask them to get a new set that was sealed in plastic… it was severely crowded and disorganized and took an hour to get pulled back. I also kept getting bumped into… I felt very pressured to schedule my next appointment and had to decline three times."

"So my husband was dying in pain and I called on the phones yesterday and they said that they can get them emergency visit. He’s been dying to paying for three weeks for an extraction. I just called the representative and said please I canceled the other appointments to remove this extraction for the last three weeks is in pain. Can you ask your doctor to consider taking his insurance? They don’t accept Medicaid since November of last year after they made me the appointment and told me to near $500 100 and something for the exam in 380 and she wouldn’t even consider asking the doctor to have courtesy that he wasDieing in pain so doctors that only want to work for the money I don’t recommend going to so when you read this they only care about about if you’re in pain thx u god see all I beg u ask your doctor but it was chash deal or some type of other insurance initially Wester dental that made the appointme Made the era !!!
