"The reason for 3 stars...Mark was great friendly. We received a text with a breakdown of what they think our car needs attention to...these things were never mentioned to us while we were in the showroom . They claim that our rear brakes need attention but our rear brakes are brand new....that is false information they are giving us. Is this how you get more money out of a loyal customer - not good. Therefore we give Nissan Carson City 3 stars"

"I live in Reno and drive to Carson city to get my Nissan vehicles serviced. I will NEVER go back to the Reno Nissan dealership, they are unprofessional, rude and do shoddy work. Do yourself a favor if you live in Reno and need your vehicle serviced , make the short drive to Carson city, you'll be glad you did!"
