"I strongly do not recommend seeing this dental group. They quoted me for a deep cleaning and when I arrived to my appointment they upped the initial charge I was quoted by 40% almost $300. When I asked why they stated they made an error on my first quote. I let them know I was not ok with the price difference and would not take the service, and they charged me $100 for an appointment cancellation. They would not take any accountability for their error and penalized me for it. Truly awful service and terrible way to treat their customers."

"One stop shop for any dental issues. There will be no referrals coming from this Dental Group. Personnel, from the reception desk personnel, to the Dentist and all in-between, all the staff know their job well. They are an excellent administrative staff that keeps track of and is very knowledgeable at managing dental insurances. My personal praise has to go out to my Dentist (Dr. Olsen) and hygienist, (Lyzdenia Medina and her assistant), Energetic aura, Attention to Detail, knowledgeable Professionalism, utilizing the most updated tools and techniques there field has to offer, is their foundation."

"Do not recommend! When we first started we liked the dentist and hygienist. Then covid hit. We were pushed back numerous times for our annual cleanings. When we finally got in new dentist… she did the cleaning (red flag) myself and two other family members were all told we needed root planning (deep cleanings that would cost thousands) I asked to see the hygienist and was told no, they only do deep cleanings now and the dentist does the “normal” cleanings. We sought out a second opinion and guess what? we have all been cleared to have “normal” cleanings. Hmmmm… almost seems like a certain dentist production is low and they are taking advantage of their patients. (Confirmed after reading similar reviews) it would be interesting to see if anyone has looked into the amount of “deep cleanings” being done and if even necessary! Who do I call for that? Dental board?"

Both Dr. Olson and Lanae were absolutely phenomenal in every way. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire visit. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring that my son understood the process and felt relaxed. This level of patience and care is truly commendable. The dental care provided was top-notch, and my son felt comfortable throughout the appointment, which is quite a feat for a child at the dentist! Dr. Olson and Lanae's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the visit a positive and stress-free experience. "The entire staff was very nice! Dr. Olsen was very gentle and kind! I was very nervous about how I would be treated because I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years, they were awesome and didn't make me feel bad about the state of my teeth.
