"My experience with the service here was bad. I came to this store to buy my niece a souvenir and my cousin a gift. I asked for one of my items to be charged to my room because I had credit and the sales rep made up a lame excuse of why she couldn’t. I called the stores manager and explained my experience to her she told me she would talk to the rep and give me a call back. I waited around at the store for over 15 minutes. The manager never called me back and it’s been a whole day later. I feel that both the manager nor the sales rep cared enough about my service to follow through, therefore I will not be returning back there."
